PURCHASING ITEMS AT THE IFMX:
We are open for business 24/7 and offer a wide range of exclusive merchandise, special editions and (hand) made goodies.
We ship anywhere in the world and all boxes leave track and trace via DHL or Dutch Post. You can choose depending on your location.
All prices shown in the shop are in Euros and ex. 21% VAT (Incl. prices shown in the description) which we have to add to all orders shipped inside the EU.
When shipping outside the EU we will not add VAT to your order.
Also the minimum order amount is 25 Euro (Ex. shipping) since we only ship boxes and it’s a missed opportunity not to fill till they spill!
Note that not everything will return in the shop once it’s sold out since we like to refresh our designs and offerings on a regular basis.

Note: For some payment providers we charge a handling fee which is a percentage over the total amount. IDEAL is free!
We ship within 5 days. (We will inform you if it will take longer due to bank holidays for instance.)
ITEMS SHIPPED BUT NOT DELIVERED AND RETURNED TO THE IFMX:
In case a package returns to us shipped to the correct address but not picked up or otherwise we have to charge you again if you want it reshipped.
If you would like to get reimbursed for the order we can do so but minus shipping costs and an deduction of 15% of the total amount (ex. shipping costs) due to costs and efforts that have made to get you your goods.
Did we put an incorrect address on the box we will take care of reshipping costs.
A Return Authorization (RA) is required for all returns.
A Return Authorization (RA) is an identifying number that allows us to track your return. A Return Authorization ensures you are properly credited for your return. All returns must have a Return Authorization. Returns made without prior authorization will be denied. In this case, we will not pay for the item to be shipped back to you.
Email us at email@example.com with a request and we will set you up with a Return Authorization number.
Before you return anything, please read these policies
- ALL VINYL + MEDIA SALES ARE FINAL
- All returns must be in new, unused condition and have original packaging intact with all materials that come with the item.
- All returns must be made within 14 days of delivery date.
- When shipping your item back, please use DHL. We are not responsible for lost packages.
- Unless you are returning a defective item, you will be responsible for all return shipping fees.
- Only after we receive the returned item, will we ship the replacement.
- Failure to meet the above conditions could result in denial of return or a restocking fee.
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from the IFMX. If you are not satisfied with any product, you may return it for a refund of the purchase price, store credit, or exchange for another product returned within 14 days of the receipt of the item. International customers making returns are responsible for all shipping costs.
Vinyl & Media Returns
All vinyl & media sales are final, returns are not accepted. If you receive a record that appears to have been damaged in shipping, please contact us immediately. Warped records CANNOT BE RETURNED for any reason. Many records come with a slight warp due to imperfect presses and distributor storage. This problem is easy to correct. Just place your thumbs on the center of the record and flex the edges in the opposite direction of the warp. Rotate, repeat, test on the turntable. Do this a couple times whenever you play the record and it should fix itself.
Right of Refusal / Restocking Fee
If a return does not have a Return Authorization or fails to meet IFMX Return Policy Conditions, we reserve the right to either refuse a return or charge a 15% restocking fee.
The IFMX will never ever share nor sell any of your data with 3rd parties under no circumstances.
Your address data will be solely used for shipping the goods to you and to determine if we need to charge VAT or not.
The email address you provide is to verify your account and to confirm orders and unless you subscribe to our newsletter we will not bother you via email with spam.
